Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2025. These terms apply to lachelbeaute.com and any purchase from The LB Collection Inc.

Welcome to The LB Collection Inc. (“The LB Collection,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they’re short on purpose.

1. Using our site

  • You must be the legal age of majority in your state to purchase.
  • Don’t use our products or site for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities, at our discretion.

2. Products & pricing

  • Every bottle is hand-poured in small batches. Colors, textures and scent may vary slightly — that’s the nature of plant-pure, cold-pressed care.
  • Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Errors in price or description may be corrected and the affected order canceled, even after checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We don’t store your card details.

3. Shipping

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Processing takes 7–14 business days (most products are made-to-order for freshness), plus 1–3 business days in transit. We’ll email tracking as soon as it leaves our facility.

4. Lost, stolen or damaged packages

  • We strongly recommend adding Route shipping protection at checkout. Without it, lost, stolen or damaged packages are at the buyer’s risk.
  • Packages marked delivered but reported stolen are not our responsibility — please file a claim with USPS or Route.
  • If something is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing, email info@lachelbeaute.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

All content on this site — copy, photography, branding, formulations, and the La’Chel Beauté and LB Collection names — is the property of The LB Collection Inc. and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.

Our products are crafted with care, but every body is different. Always patch-test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider. Results may vary and we make no medical claims.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The LB Collection Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version always lives on this page — your continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
