✦ Free U.S. shipping included on every order
Free shipping
✦ Domestic
FREE Standard Shipping on all contiguous U.S. merchandise orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $5.95.
✦ International
FREE Standard International Shipping on all merchandise orders of $250 USD or more. International rates and applicable duties for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Domestic shipping costs & delivery times
Orders placed by 1pm ET begin processing the same business day. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Delivery windows below are total door-to-door times (processing + transit).
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses are eligible for shipping but free-shipping promotions do not apply.
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Where available, you'll select your preferred shipping method and currency at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated at checkout.

7–14 business days after shipment
Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. Tracked, delivered by your local carrier.
✦ Standard (Duty + Tax Unpaid)
7–14 business days after shipment
Duties and taxes are paid by you upon delivery, per your country's customs. Tracked, delivered by your local carrier.
✦ Express (Duty + Tax Prepaid)
3–6 business days after shipment
Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout. Tracked end-to-end, delivered via DHL Express where available.
- International orders cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
- Allow extra time for customs clearance — delays can occur beyond original delivery estimates.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
- International order totals cannot exceed $500 USD.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier scans to populate. If your tracking hasn't updated after that window, email care@lachelbeaute.com and we'll investigate within 24–48 hours.
Cancellations & address changes
Once an order has been placed, please contact us within 2 hours to request changes. After that window, the order has likely entered our fulfillment queue and cannot be modified or canceled. Review your shipping address and items carefully before checking out.
Business days & holidays
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We do not ship or pick up on:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
