Our 30-day promise
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products. If your ritual isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Opened products aren’t eligible for return.
How to request a return
- Email care@lachelbeaute.com with your order number.
- We’ll confirm within 24–48 hours and email return instructions if needed.
- Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost.
