Our 30-day promise
If a product doesn’t feel right on your hair or skin, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund — no questions, no return shipping required for unopened items.
How to request a return
- Email care@lachelbeaute.com with your order number.
- We’ll confirm within 24–48 hours and email return instructions if needed.
- Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost.
