Refund policy

Our promise: every order arrives right, or we make it right.

Because our products are handmade, plant-based cosmetics, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened products once they've shipped, except where the law requires it (see Your local rights).

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@lachelbeaute.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipping, contact us and we'll help locate it or arrange a replacement. Adding Route at checkout gives you instant protection for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping delays

We make every plant-based formula in small batches and ship within 5–7 business days. If we can't ship your order in that time, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations

We begin making your order right away. You can cancel within 12 hours of purchasing by emailing info@lachelbeaute.com. After that, we can't cancel orders that are already in production. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.

International orders

We ship to most countries. Shipping costs, and any customs duties or import taxes, are shown or calculated at checkout, or collected by your local carrier on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't refundable. Delivery times vary by country and can be delayed by customs. Please double-check your address; we can't replace orders sent to an incorrect address or refused at delivery. If a product can't be imported into your country, we'll contact you and refund that item.

Your local rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. For example, customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may cancel within 14 days of delivery for products that are still sealed and unopened, with return shipping at their cost.
